Product characteristics

Rugs are produced by tufting technology of Heatset yarn or BCF yarn into the primary backing fabric. Surface is velour or loop pile. The pile is made of 100% PA yarn with weight of 220 – 1100g/m2. The material composition of primary backing fabric is 100% PP. By several ways of dyeing, it is possible to print solid colors, as well as simple or more difficult designs. To strengthen the carpet, latex mixture and gel foam (NSF latex) is used as a backing. Carpets with NSF backing are anti – slip. If requested, also fireproof, water resistant, antistatic, antibacterial,  etc.  modification would be used. To avoid unweaving, these rugs are overlocked.
