Product characteristics
Scroll carpets are produced with tufting technology of heatset yarn into the primary polypropylene backing fabric. These carpets have a velor pile surface (cut pile). Pile is built with 100% PA yarn with the pile layer weight 500 – 1100 g/m2. Material composition of primary backing fabric is 100% PP. Through several dyeing technologies these carpets can be one-coloured, printed with simple or complex patterns. For the purpose of strengthening of this carpet, reverse side is modified with the coating base on basis of SBR latex, where one more layer in form of (100%) PP secondary backing or non-woven fabric (100% PP) is applied. On demand, special finishings are applied (fireproof, waterproof, antistatic, antibacterial…).
